Oasis Water Technologies Quality Guarantee

Oasis Water Technologies guarantees the manufacturing quality and craftsmanship of the Nexxus system for a period of five (5) years from the original transaction date.

This Quality Guarantee applies beyond the 30-day return period and is limited to defects in materials and workmanship.

1. Coverage Period

Coverage begins on the original transaction date and continues for five (5) years.

The five-year coverage period is measured from the original transaction date and does not restart upon transfer.

2. Covered Components

This Quality Guarantee applies to all Nexxus system components, including:

• System housing and enclosure

• Internal plumbing assemblies

• Factory-installed fittings and inserts

• Mounting hardware and structural components

• Electronic modules, including the Oasis Core

• Pressure and sensing components

If a covered component fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, as determined by Oasis Water Technologies upon evaluation, Oasis will provide a replacement component.

3. Remedy

For approved claims under this Quality Guarantee:

Oasis Water Technologies will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or repair of the affected component.

Freight costs for approved warranty replacements will be covered by Oasis Water Technologies.

This Quality Guarantee covers product replacement only.

4. Exclusions

This Quality Guarantee does not cover:

• Filters and consumable components

• Cosmetic wear that does not affect system performance

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper operation

• Damage resulting from improper installation

• Freeze damage

• Environmental damage or Acts of God

• Operation outside published pressure or temperature specifications

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations

Damage not caused by a manufacturing defect is not covered.

5. Installation

Professional installation is not required for this Quality Guarantee to apply.

However, damage directly caused by improper installation or operation outside published specifications is excluded from coverage.

6. Transferability

This Quality Guarantee may be transferred to a subsequent property owner.

To transfer coverage:

• The new owner must create an Oasis account

• Proof of original purchase must be provided

• Ownership information must be updated with Oasis Water Technologies

Transfer does not extend or reset the original five-year coverage period.

7. Commercial Use

This Quality Guarantee applies to both residential and commercial installations, provided the system is operated within published specifications.

9. Governing Terms

This Quality Guarantee addresses manufacturing defects only.

All installation responsibility, operational limitations, and liability provisions are governed by the Nexxus Installation, Operation & Warranty Agreement and applicable Terms of Sale. In the event of any inconsistency, those governing agreements control.
